    When first installed (February 1, 2022), the CF7 / AC-Pro integration worked as intended to add the contact information from the submitted form to the target ActiveCampaign account, including assigned Tag information. This was reflected in test submissions, as well as 3-4 actual live production submissions.

    At some point after that (latest created record appears to be February 27) new contact records were not created in ActiveCampaign through the CF7/ACP integration.

    I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including de-activating other plugins, uninstalling and re-installing the CF7/ACP plugin, and creating and assigning new API keys.

    The API keys appear to be valid and active, as an ActiveCampaign integration from Woocommerce is still passing new contact records to ActiveCampaign.

    I am unsure what to do next to identify and resolve the problem.
