Hi,
As part of our newsletter sign-up form, we have 5 options (checkboxes) for the user to select which additional content they’d like to receive. Each checkbox checked will add a related tag when submitted. See photo below:

You can add that contact form checkbox slug in the tag field to send its value to AC.
