Hi,
we are trying to send tags to ActiveCampaign based on whether the user has filled in something or not. The content of the field should not be sent to AC, only whether the field has been filled in.
We need the following conditional rules:
1. If the “Company” text field is filled in, a tag named “Company” should be sent to ActiveCampaign. If it’s not filled in, no tag should be created in AC.
2. If the “Telephone” text field is filled in, a tag named “Telephone” should be sent to ActiveCampaign. If it’s not filled in, no tag should be created in AC.
We were able to create a condtional rule to send this info when the field is filled in. But if it is empty, a tag is still created in AC with the name of the tag (e.g. company-name-ac).
Do you have any idea how we can solve this?
