Have you set your homepage correctly? Please make sure that you have set your homepage using “Home” template .
If you have done everything correctly please send us your site URL so we can check and find what’s wrong there.Thank You.

Please click on edit with elementor for that page. Then you can edit that homepage from elementor. And at the area of banner,there is one banner element.Click there and choose one category to display banner.
