Pro plugin not sending data to form fields other than “Text Input” type in AC

We have several fields in our ActiveCampaign lists that are of the Dropdown or Text Area type. And my fields in CF7 correspond to that (dropdowns are selects, text area are text area). But form fills will not populate those fields in my AC list once submitted. All the regular Text Input fields get populated, but any other type of field does not. Can you confirm this is a known issue, and if so, I’d like a refund as we just purchased this plugin (today) specifically to pull those fields into our lists. Or otherwise, please provide guidance has to how to make that work. As a test, I tried changing a field on the CF7 side to a regular text input but it still didn’t populate the Dropdown on the AC side.
