Theme License
All the WordPress plugins and themes on our WPoperation(wpoperation.com) are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial websites. You can use them as many projects as you like for any purpose.
Update and Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the themes/plugins up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress (http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). We can ensure but not guaranteed, that themes/plugin will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers.
Refund Policy
Once you have purchased and downloaded a product from WPoperation we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer intangible irrevocable digital Products and as such, there is no way for our Products to be returned.
However, we may refund in certain cases like if the product is completely unusable but we strongly believe that our product will work without any issues and we are available to help you with any kind of problems. The full money will be refunded if our team couldn’t solve the issues. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve your problems. Warranty
Our themes/plugins are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme/plugin files or include third-party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes/plugins will work.
We cannot guarantee that themes/plugins will function with all 3rd party components, plug-ins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes.
Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of WPoperation. So it is strictly forbidden and will result in the loss of subscription and other actions as defined by copyright law.

Technical Support is provided on our Support Forums, live chat sercive and via email(support@wpoperation.com). This is the quickest and most efficient way for our members to receive support. Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes.
Updates
Our themes or plugins are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress, ensure that you will use the most current version of our themes.
Premium theme/plugins updates are available only to active members whereas our free themes/plugins update will always be free to all.
Price Changes
WPoperation reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of our products without prior notice.
